Messenger Style Crossbody Bag Handmade by the Quechua People Fair Trade Import
Handwoven messenger style crossbody bag. The colors are lilac, pinks, apricot and oranges. The natural dyes are made out of flowers, leaves and wood. The wool is dyed and then woven into a manta (blanket). The weaving takes approximately 45 days. The manta is used to make several different items. The Quechua people live in the Andes Mountains. where they carry on the age-old traditions of weaving with wool threads that they have spun and dyed. Measurements are approximately 11" high by 11" long by 10.5" wide strap drop 21.5"
